Avoid at all costs. Had a rental reservation weeks in advance for a wedding and was told when I went to pick it up that “unfortunately they were out of cars”. As an added bonus all of the standard rental agencies were sold out at that point. Other people from the wedding party suffered the same fate and speaking to the Hertz rep apparently this is standard operating procedure (overbooking) for Ace. Awful customer service, awful experience. Don’t fall for the slightly lower price.
